What an agent may do

Any agent may

- check an order's status by its number (status words only)
- ask a question, answered from this site's pages with sources
A known agent may also
- get a quote priced from the price list
- make a checkout link for a person to review and pay
- request a custom cake, held for Wanjiru
It never
- pays, or holds a payment credential
- asks for or accepts a password, a code or a card
- releases a hold or approves anything
- sets a price or a discount
- sees or changes a customer's account
known says who runs the agent. It doesn't say who the customer is, so it opens nothing in their account.
What always waits for Wanjiru
Custom cake requests made at the door are held for Wanjiru (a person), who approves or declines each one, usually within 2 h on WhatsApp. The agent gets a status link to check. Nothing is charged until she approves and the customer pays on this site.

Paying
An agent can make a checkout link. The link opens this site's own bag, where a person checks what the agent prepared, signs in and pays. The agent never sees the payment page, and nothing is charged until the person pays.
