What the desks on this site can and can't do, how Kilele Bakery contacts you, and how orders, changes and details work.
What the desks can and can't do
The Front desk, Bread, Cakes, Orders and Visit are AI WebAgents. They answer from this site's pages and show where each answer came from. Wanjiru sets what they may do.
They can
- Answer questions from this site, with numbered sources you can open.
- Hold up to 3 loaves for you until 12:00, free. You pay at the counter.
- Design a cake with you from Kilele Bakery's own options, priced from the price list.
- Find your order, say where it stands, and pass changes or cancellations to Wanjiru.
- Refund up to KSh 2,000 an order, at most 5 refunds a week, to the original payment method. The Cashier does this under Wanjiru's signed rule, valid until 31 Dec 2026. Anything more waits for her.
They can't
- Ask for a password, a one-time code or card details. They never will.
- Change your name, email, phone number or address.
- Charge you or change a price. A payment request appears on your order page only after Wanjiru approves.
- Hold more than 3 loaves, or hold after 12:00, without asking Wanjiru.
- Promise anything the site doesn't say, such as another delivery area or a cake sooner than its notice.
How Kilele Bakery contacts you
Wanjiru answers herself on WhatsApp, usually within 2 hours (7:00–20:00).
Messages from Kilele Bakery only link to kilele-bakery-sample.agentrix.website, the site you're on. Payment requests appear only on your orders page on this site. If a message asks you to pay anywhere else, don't pay: ask Orders "Is this link real?" or tell Wanjiru.

Sign in and open Account, then Details. It asks you to sign in again before anything changes.
A desk can never change your details, so nobody can change them through a chat, including someone pretending to be you.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are free until 24 hours before your slot.
Open your order and choose Change, or ask Orders. Wanjiru confirms every change. Later than 24 hours before the slot, the order is already being made, so talk to Wanjiru directly.
Confirmations
Wanjiru confirms every order herself on WhatsApp, usually within 2 hours (7:00–20:00).
Nothing is charged until she confirms. When she approves, a payment request appears on your order page.
Baking classes
Saturday baking class, 9:00–13:00, eight seats, lunch included.
To book a seat, ask Wanjiru.
